These Terms of Service govern your use of Handy 990, a TOEIC-style reading and listening practice app provided by Happysaur Studio (快樂龍工作室, "we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Handy 990 provides practice questions, explanations, mock-test tools, audio, images, and score-related study features for educational purposes. The app is not a guarantee of any exam score or result.
Handy 990 is independently created and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ETS or any official TOEIC test administrator. TOEIC is a trademark of its respective owner. Any references to TOEIC are used only to identify the type of exam preparation the app supports.
You agree to use the app lawfully and for personal study or classroom-support purposes. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to extract or redistribute substantial portions of its content, or use it to violate another person's rights.
